You must follow the instructions of your posture coach carefully at all times.

You are advised not to undertake any strenuous activity including postural exercise without first seeking medical advice particularly if you have concerns about your physical condition and wellbeing. We may refuse to teach a Member if, in our discretion, we believe their health may be endangered or they do not wish to follow professional advice given by us relating to their ability to exercise.

You must notify us before attending any session of any circumstances affecting your health which may be exacerbated by any activities undertaken during that session or which may have arisen or worsened since any previous sessions you may have taken part in with us.

You must wear clothing appropriate to the practice of Pilates and we recommend that you wear stretch pants, track suit or shorts and a T-shirt or a sports top and fleece. You should attend sessions barefoot or in socks.

Please do not bring items of value to any venue where we provide sessions. You hereby accept that any personal belongings you do bring into such venues are brought at your own risk and we do not accept any liability whatsoever for any damage or loss whatsoever to such items nor will such damage or loss be covered by any insurance which we maintain.

In the interests of safety and hygiene, you are not permitted to bring crockery, glass or food into any session/class apart from water.
