Making time for yourself, where you get 100% of our attention, means one to one workouts are the most effective way to establish confidence in what you're doing, and leads to swifter progress.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner, an athlete, full of energy or tired out, what we do will be totally bespoke to you. There is plenty of variety to keep you moving, developing control of your body and mind, and learning to release tensions accumulated over time [or just from a busy week!]
1-1 you time sessions are a great complement to classes. When there isn’t enough time to unravel individual questions fully in a group, you can get sorted in a one to one and watch the efficiency of your shared classes leap.
