Hi, and welcome. I don't know if you really appreciate that whatever you do, whether it be the daily activities of life, participating in sports and hobbies, or contributing to a group, or a community, your performance is what you contribute. And you contribute not just to those around you, but also to yourself - your performance is part of who you are.
To perform, to contribute, more effectively, more efficiently, or even just more, means shifting from where you are.
Some people want to perform better, to contribute more effectively and efficiently, so that they have more time for other activities. They want to perform, to contribute, in other areas - in their relationships, in developing their work, or in just finding space for themselves. It could be that you just want to make more of an impact - provide more bang for the buck.
Whatever your drivers are, alignment is key to health, health is critical to performance, performance is what you bring to life, and when you become more aligned physically and mentally (helping others to do so too) your performance improves, making for a better day...every day.
